Heales Medical is a successful and well established Occupational Health services company providing flexible, tailor-made solutions across the UK for a diverse range of private and public sector clients including Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Universities, Schools and Industry. Each contract is tailor-made to the client’s specification, with the aim of reducing sickness absence, and improving employee health and well-being. The service can include pre-employment screenings, management referrals, health surveillance, health education & training, stress assessment & training, immunisations & blood tests, health promotion and advice , EAP and physiotherapy/musculoskeletal services depending on the client requirement.

Our services are independent, that is we provide unbiased health advice on fitness for work to both the employee and the employer.

We process your data in accordance with your employer’s instructions, usually through an online referral, although this may also be by e-mail, telephone or post. We process and store your data according the relevant legislation (for example the GDPR, Data protection Act) within our own online secure management system. Your data is securely stored within the UK and all data is encrypted both in storage and in transit.
