At all times you should be treated courteously and fairly by the Occupational Health service. We also ask that you treat our staff courteously.
We sincerely hope that you find the service easy and helpful to use. However if you wish to make a complaint for any reason you may do so through your manager, Human Resources, or to Heales Medical directly by phone, e-mail or in writing to the Service Contract Manager. Your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
If you are rude or aggressive to Occupational Health staff then we may also make a complaint about your behaviour to your employer.
